Hey!! gurus

Which book or books can provide help with physics concepts.
Flash use a lot of physics and i need a book from where i can get the basics of all physical terms and explainations, or may be a site would be use full.

this doesnt belong in ‘ordered’… anyways, i have Flash MC Game Design Demystified by Jobe Makaar… it’s an awesome book when it comes to math and physics, and game design in general. Really good book :slight_smile:

physics generally is an advanced topic, so you might wanna actually improve on your AS skills before getting into topics like these :slight_smile:

jobe’s book is for intermediate to advanced… but i think even a beginner would somewhat understand the concepts discussed :slight_smile:

Ahmed >> agreed, Jobe Makar’s book is a bible. There is so much useful information there I couldn’t believe it. But I don’t see why anyone wouldhave to learn AS before learning physics :slight_smile:

Try www.bit-101.com for some basic physics to start out with :slight_smile: THEN get the book :slight_smile:

Thats the basics …but for further more, where to.
Like how Bits have explained in his tutorials…in a simple and laymans terms…Is there any tutorials or book to refer…

I know u guys r gurs…for u guys its easy but for me it a bit difficult…thats the reason …i neeed some basics in PHYSICS

What do you mean by PHYSICS exactly? I mean, that’s a huge subject :slight_smile:

YES!!!
Most definetly …its a vast subject.
Iam not asking to explain me, every aspect of Physics…Cos that would take another life for me.
See like bits have explained elasticity, gravity etc.
In the same way does there any site exist which is a reference to physics, cos there many tutorials which has basic of Physics.

OLY the basics…like formulas for inertia, rotation etc.
