I've got a couple problems with my CSS

  1. In IE 6.0 (I don’t know about 5.5 yet) there are some extra pixels above and below the navigation at the top? I’ve looked and changed, and still nothing? Firefox is okay. I’m sure its just a hack that I don’t know?

  2. The footer…I always have trouble with this, making the footer stay at the bottom of the page (inside the #outer div). I followed an example from sitepoint and I can’t seem to get it to work. I even followed some old code I had laying around (which works on another page I did) but doesn’t on this one.

    Any help would be great.
