i have been having issues with .flv files. certain people that go to view them get this horrible experience of constant frame stops and audio drop outs. it plays in what seems like steps. and the scroll/download progress area turns to the green and grey striped bar of death. these are very important potential investors watching this and i am not sure what i am doing wrong.
i know they have fast Internet connections, but is maybe their computers to slow? graphic card issues?
i have been encoding the .mov file with the flash video encoder at the “flash 8 medium setting”
can anyone please enlighten me to a solution?
