Jaggedy/ shaky images

Hello! I am working on some flash movie and am coming across a problem I havent had before. theres been a few images I have had to put on angles (for example something rocking back and forth) but when I do this my image becomes very jaggedy and in another example I have an image falling diagnally across the page but again when I trun the image it shakes as its moving across… please help Im sure this is simple but sometimes its the simple things I cant seem to get rightTT
