Java script question!

Can any one help me with this script. I want to put a link on an image on my site. Once clicked, it will open a new window in the middle of the screen. I only know how to write the code for opening a new window with no scrollbar etc. I want my new window to be in the middle of the screen. Is there anyway to do this? Thank you so much for helping me
