Okay, i just formatted my comp and im already about to throw it out the window
- Whenever i try to install wordperfect i get a windows install shield error.
2.I cant stall my AV, maybe this has something to do with the windows install shield?
3.My homepage has been hijacked the second i went online to rev0lt.net and usually when i try to go somewhere in IE it goes wacko and says not found and links dont work but then they decide to work etc.
i thought formatting would make things better 
oh well, at least now i dont have a hacker in my computer changing my background to some ugly chick with a gun.

if not ill annoy a dell tech support dude again tomorrow :love:
