I am trying to learn flash actionscript. While doing a tutorial from kirupa, url is http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/xymove.htm
i faced a problem. I downloaded the file and proceed as instructed. It worked fine. But when I try to do that in a completely new file it stopped working. Even I copy the frame from the main timeline of the original file and pasted in my new file but it wont work. I am always giving the instance name. Can anybody help?
