I am in my last semester at MICA (Maryland Institute, College of Art) working on my thesis which revolves around an ‘educational’ interactive narrative. Going in and learning the language (Korean) you experience a Korean restaurant. I want the experience to be totally dynamic so in the future it can be changed to different situations and even different languages. I have a need for someone who can put together these ideas using flash/actionscript/xml. At this point I’m just interested in a price estimate to get a feel for how much such a project will cost to outsource.
