Ok, this is pretty hard to explain but here goes…
I got a new laptop. There is only one user account… ‘Danny’ and it has administrator rights and is password protected. So when I turn on the laptop it should go to the welcome screen and ask for the password but it doesn’t, it logs straight into a different account. This is the administrator account which I found out is usually invisible, thats also password protected but it doesn’t ask for the password! So I have to log off and then it takes me to the welcome screen.
I can’t have it like this because it means anyone can access my laptop and my files!
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’ve tried loads of things.
