I have a video that is 1300x731 in my flash player. I’m sizing the video down to 500x281 but when I do, the quality of the video gets distorted. For example, there is text on the screen of the video but then when resized, the text is still there and still legible, it’s just slightly distorted, like the letter “P” kind of has artifacts around it, it’s not as smooth as it is at normal size. Is this something someone else has dealt with before? Looking forward to any feedback.
