that culture thang is funny too, i, for instance, am brazillian and i speak portuguese, but i´ll be lost in portugal, coz theyr portuguese is way different from ours (-:

Sorry, I did miss your prior question. Thanks for the kind welcome. I’ve never had eggplant pickles, sounds interesting and the stuffed eggplant sounds good. I’ll try just about anything at least once, and I have the waistline to prove it.
Those “da Bears” skits on SNL were some of their best work, funny funny stuff. The beaver logo in my footer is from my Alma Mater, Oregon State Univ.

I learned a little bit of Portuguese (most of it not repeatable in mixed company) at the same time Rev did, from an exchange student from Rio that lived with us for a year. Rev is my brother.
