My library window is never opened on default when I open up an FLA. I always have to open it myself. Is there anyway to make it open up by default?

Actually, I still have this problem in MX2004.
I wouldn’t care if Flash randomly chose another window and closed it each time you open a FLA. But Library is just too important. Why??? I say. Why??? Ahhhhhh. :h:
