Linking to file for cdrom

Hello.Does anyone know if it’s possible to link to a file that flash doesn’t support. It is for a cdrom, I have made a screen saver in flash, and then put it through screenswift. On my main interface i have a button that i want to link to the screensaver setup. Is this possible, and if so how. I have tried to link the button to it, but nothing happens. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
