Is it just me or do none of those links actually bring you to what they are indented to bring you? When i click on those links it brings me to this forum and I can’t seem to find anything regarding PixelArt Tutorial or what program can help me create one… please help

Well, the long and short of it is, google will give you a whole bunch of sites with pixel tutorials to check out. Just google isometric pixel tutorial, or something like that, and you’ll have your tutorials. As for which program, most people here probably use PS or Paint. Any program that allows you to draw one pixel at a time can be used. Some just have more features than others.
