Ive found it very helpfull to actually plan out what you want to achieve and what kind of graphics you want etc…
plan out how many sections you’ll have, what kind of menu structure etc…
ive even made a small story board just so i can see how things will work and transition. in doing these things, ive been able to stay on track and figure out how the movie will flow, and it makes it MUCH better when you go back to update it… =)

and it is a really good tute, convinced me that i should try the whole site method.
