Hello All,
I know this is one the oldest in the book but please hear me out
I have this software webcamXP that captures the video from my surveillance camera then creates and image called cam_1.jpg every capture. That image acts like a strip of film, every time the software passes over it, there is a new image creating the effect of video.
This is what I am trying to do. I can pull the image into flash no problem (using the loader component) but I cant figure out how to refresh the image so its look like video.
Any ideas?
