another question for you kind folks.
I have a banner that has the usual rotating images that fade into each other after a 5 second pause. they also have slogans fading in on top respective to each image. at the moment everything is inside the swf file. but client needs to edit both text and images with content management system.
I’ve tried some tutorials around the web for loading the images. and xml for the text. but the smooth fading/animation effects are lost once i do this. the images/text just “pops” on (no fades).
anyone know a good way of doing this? (via external jpgs and xml files)
