I’m following the transitions between external SWF’s tutorial found here…
but I’m having problems trying to load an external movie on top of a “frame” in my main movie… I need advice in finding the best method, I am not sure whether to use loadmovie to load it on higher level… I’m not even sure if that is possible here. I have also tried duplicating the “frame” in the external movie and turning turning it off “on press” in the main movie… I’m speculating here, but maybe I have to swap depths or load the movie in a seperate container at a higher level? I would do that but I’m what some might call a N00B.
For the sake of demonstrating I’ve attached a simple example, I have added a green box to section1.fla and section4.fla, but I need the green box in section 4 to be on top of the frame which is located in mainmovie.fla.
I’m doing this for a my own site and I could really use some help here.
