Loading external swfs

Sup,

my site is http://www.tribehut.com i would like to have the sections as external swfs as this tutorial [url=“http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/preloader_transition.htm”]http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/preloader_transition.htm
but im confused as how to do it with my site, as i cant follow the tutorial in terms of me doing it for my buttons… hope this makes sense!
