I’m wondering how much heavier is to use timeline animation instead of action script animation?
I’m asking this because I got mail that 100KB 10Sec animation is so heavy that it has been fully loaded after 4-5 Sec. Without images show is something like 7KB. There is like 15 key-frames on three different sprites. And 6 of them are for alpha fading of images and other are for pendulum movement over the images.
I was wondering how much shorter loading time could possible be, if the pendulum would be managed with action-script instead of time-line animation?
Or is there something overview of loading times between these two animation styles?
And last but not least, is the most confusing thing. The movement, how could the type of movement/animation make the show more heavier, like if the movement is from side to side?
Thanks!
