Loading XML Text In A Tweening Type Way

I am trying to achieve this same effect, If you got to the “Motion Graphics” section as an example, http://www.frame.dk/… The menu loads from an XML file, but each line moves up one at a time… Does anyone know how to do this? I know how to do it with just a motion tween but not by loading external XML files…
