I made this logo for this engineering company. Let me know if it is okay or not.
Also…This is a original thought but not saying somebody did not think of it first. If anyone out there has seen a logo extremely close to this one please tell. Dont wanna get them sued.
I like the idea… I think it is very engineering friendly…
I would change the way the angle changes drastically on the inside of the “e”
and the top seems to be a little off, but that could be the browser cutting off part (the topmost part seems flat to me)
But that is just being extra extra critical.
Nice job. Sometimes brand development can be the hardest part of a project…

Thanks rev…yeah trying to get those lines and angles are pretty tedious…I will work on your suggestion they make sense…Oh yeah and I used Fireworks mx :asian: oh yeah the name of the company is “Exceligentech” hence the “e”. I’m glad you noticed the e my friend did not see it he saw a orb with a light source from the left.

the thing about a logo i think is really important is it has to be simple and very strong. both of which you’ve accomplished, great logo.
i love it! some one else was playing with the circle idea and put a “22” in it. the angles are slick and nice though! good job.

Hmm…this is going to be hard to explain… Your logo is good, the fact that it’s simple is good, but my opinion is that it’s too simple. When I look at it from a far, it looks like its missing something so I imagined what if there was a light cast shadow to one side of the logo. Since its black already, you can just use a lighter tone of black and have a grey cast shadow just to give it something extra. That’s all I would change on it, it looks good so far. =)

Not to ***** about a cool logo (for it IS a cool logo) - but to me it is a total rip-off of the Geffen Records logo !
