having the logo at that angle seems sort of odd to me. I can understand wanting to impart an “active” feel to it, but without any other referencing angles it feels isolated. I would align it horizontally and put the text to the right of it instead of below. But hey, nice job 
Very sharp! It’s come a long way. I like the enhanced 3D look (which is surprising to me, usually I don’t go for that sort of thing) and especially the drop shadow. I have a feeling it doesn’t need to be tilted at all. I can understand the desire to impart an “active” quality to it, but … I don’t think it’s working without some other referencing angle(s). And the skew of the text is a bit extreme!! Also, try putting the logo text to the right of the logo instead of below…
