Would you please critique this very rough sketch of a logo for my new web venture “Kode Kontrol”.
It’s a site which will contain my porfolio of web design(XHTML, FLASH etc.) and Articles, Tutorials as a sideline.
The idea is that I will be putting up multimedia Flash apps like MP3 players and video players whicj will be downloadable and you’ll be able to alter the source code and/or buy a very, very cheap license to use them on your web site.
That brings me to the logo - As you can see the first one is a combination of a “rewind” button and the two K’s of Kode Kontrol. The second is a subtle variation.
I will be working on more, but I really like the idea of the coded controls for flash apps and the rewind button, and the two K’s.
Of course these can be done nicely in a web 2.0 style but first, just tell me what you think.
Looking foward to a deluge of criticisms.
