Hi
The contact form code is lovely, but when I type words like “I’m” the apostrophe shows as ’

The queer thing is, when I type an apostrophe on it’s own, it works fine, as do other characters, like .!?{}.

I’m wondering if it’s something to do with copying text from an online article, and using editplus, which can have some confusion between charset=utf-8 and MOD.I’ve got no idea.My code starts with

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN”>
and I have

Do you have any ideas why I’m getting
