Looking for a .NET programmer who can pick up an “almost finished” project for a Phone Company. The main focus of the project is a shpping cart.
Not sure how well detailed the coding is in what is already made, hopefully it is not too hard to follow. The previous coder left. It is requested for you to look over the code that is already there, and suggest a price and time frame to charge to complete the rest. I know there are a few elements that are still missing.
