Looking for a Tutorial and suggestions

Hey Everyone!

I am looking for a tutorial that will let me create something similar to the [FONT=&quot]http://www.louisvuitton.com/ splash page.

It does not need to be the same but something similar or even anything that has that vibe.

My only Criteria is that it needs to fit in a window of 800x600 and I need to be able to insert a list of a minimum of 10 languages.

I just want something special for the splash page of this project.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
