Looking for a tutorial (or component) for scroll buttons

Hello,

I’m looking for a good tutorial or even better would be a nice component that’s an alternative to the scrollbar component that come with MX.

I only want Up and Down arrow buttons, I do not want the thumb scrollbar (which increases/decreases in length)

I want a set of Up & Down buttons that will scroll ad dynamic text field (that usually wont be dynamically generated)

These are very popular but traditionally alot of coding - if there is a component out there for this functionality I’d love to get it.

Otherwise I’d settle for a nice tutorial.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
