Looking for good domain name

hello kirupians!

I’m currently working on my own freelance biz website and gonna make like 3 free websites so I can have something in my portfolio :P. dont tell anyone hehehe.

i have been thinking a lot about it, but cant come up with a good, great, awesome domain name.

Any suggestions?

I thought about dreamwake.com (its available but dont like it that much)

any other domain names?

Well, this is one of the tough things to think of when creating a site… A catchy domain name… Well, maybe like : idesign.com! Seems like a catchy Mac name, but I like it.

go watch a cool movie…thats how I came up with www.radioactivechimp.com hehe. I watched “GODZILLA.” I hate sites with names like “futuredesign.com” or "…:::::…:::::pickle…:::::…:::::.com

By Kirupa’s suggestion, I’ve created the name: puddle duck.

It’s all about the attitude your duck will have :stuck_out_tongue: Think of all the goofy names that ended up becoming really cool!

how about using a thesaurs (sp?) and finding a different word for imagination…something like creative

And then pick a colour…something like Maroon

Then you could have MaroonCreative.com
Not a bad name and also a theme for your site

Don’t stick with MaroonCreative though, play around with the colour and imiganation substitute ideas…see what you come up with

indeed, that’s how i came up with illusive design studios, used a thesaurus as well: dream, illusion, illusive, … get it? :smiley:

I actually think WillFlashForCash would be a good domain to bring together people looking for their first few clients and companies who are maybe on a tight budget, for people looking to gain experience.
And Rabs post there gave me another idea, creativeMoron.com

I a past post I wrote some domain names that I was thinking about, like
dreamwake.com (which I kinda liked) and it was available!!! :smiley:

but I checked yesterday and it’s taken now :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Now, I’m afraid of posting some prospective available domain names that I like. :puzzled:
