I’m looking for someone that is very competent in both flash and php. On the flash side, experience with flash video, codecs (sorenson, vp6), and ability to quickly pick up the latest Flash trends are key. On the php side, particular experience in developing complex web applications and being able to build efficient code for high traffic sites is a must.
This is a paid position and will likely lead to very stable ongoing part-time duties.
