ok so my friend happened to have a comp loaded with spyware, and we decided that he might as well just format the whole thing. after formatting and installing winxp sp2, everything worked fine. i had also setup AVG antivirus and ZoneAlarm.
however, a few hours later when he switched on his comp again, the lop.com toolbar (this blue toolbar that appears on the bottom of the screen) appeared again.
any ideas where it came from? im quite sure it didnt come from surfing to the wrong site, because we hardly did any surfing (only surfed for drivers), and he has yet to install anything.
