Well technically it has been 1 full day. I started it last night around this time. But I am still not done.

The thing holding the flowers doesn’t look like pixel art.
The grey top and bottom doesn’t either.
The stereo kinda does, but kinda doesn’t.
But it doesn’t matter I was just joking, it says nowhere in the rules that it had to be pixel art… some of them in there aren’t pixel art, but I just like being annoying like that 
Yes, you are anoying, but you are correct, I did use gradients, and I did use a vector’d texture (nothing is raster’d in this version)…
this is the first “art” of this type I have tried…
Kinda fun… in a masochistic way…
I wouldn’t want to do an entire city…
Some of those on Mr. Wong’s site are incredible and creative…

Yeah, this is my first shot at this pixel art thing too.
I have times where I sooo just want to grab the line tool, or something un-pixely…lol, but I hold myself back and keep clicking away…
click,click,click,click,click,click,click.
Then I come up with something…lol. It takes me forever to get something to look right because perspective is really hard for me to get right now, I am getting used to it though… slowly.

Great job everybody! Can I ask you a [SIZE=1]stupid[/SIZE] question? How do you draw a line? Do you do it pixel by pixel, or is there something I am missing? [SIZE=1]there has to be something[/SIZE] :-\
Man, I feel so ridiculous… I just wanted to say that I tried the line tool, but the result wasn’t pixellish at all.

Try making your pictures in mspaint… Use the line tool there its much more easy! Or at least that’s what I use…
I make a line pixel by pixel!
yes it is pixle by pixle its time consoming…but if you want the line to make sure anti-alising is off…

Yes, pixel by pixel is how I draw my lines.
Then I use the paint bucket tool to paint in areas… so that is helpful
