I recently bought a Mac Pro. I was wondering if I could get Front Row on this thing so I did some research. What I found is that one guy (on a random forum) claimed he used Front Row on a Mac Pro (with the keyboard shortcut command-esc) but it stopped working. And I can partially confirm his story as the OS X Restore CD for the Mac Pro includes Front Row in the package customization screen. It is installed, but I can’t seem to enable it. I tried using those Front Row on PPC enablers but they just screwed things up and didn’t work at all. Keep in mind that Front Row keyboard shortcuts are appearing in the System Preferences menu.
Any tips on how I can enable Front Row on my Mac Pro?
And by the way, the reviews are correct, this thing is very, very fast and very, very quiet. (Not to mention very, very big. haha)
