Macromedia flash drop down menu - template

can anyone tell me how to use the macromedia flashmx drop down menu template?? (xml…) i just can’t figure out how to make it work inside the flashfile. No problem linking the menu to other websites - but how to go to a specific frame in the movie?? (-: xml-part is no problem! :}
