Magnifying Glass w/hi-res image

Hi, guys.

I’m trying to create a magnfying effect like this: http://www.senocular.com/downloads/index.php?subaction=showfull&id=1075380768&archive=&ucat=1&kind=1

but I’m trying to use a hi-res image that I can zoom in on instead of whatever I’ve created in Flash.

Is there anyway to accomplish this?
