Magnifying glass with user selected images

I have a catalog of images that are all the same size that I show as reduced size images on a catalog page. I want to allow the user to click on any of several images and then bring up a Flash Movie that can show the same base image and allow the user to use a magnifying glass to view the image. The issue is that I want only one magnifying glass Flash file that can load the requested base image and full size image into the magnifying glass flash file for display. Please help!!!
