Hi kirupians, i want to create an old looking map, i have done several beginners tutorials and the results werent bad but its not good enough

the map u can see while the video is streaming is very nicely done
my photoshop skills are very little(almost none >_<), do u know where i can find a tutorial(a stupids proof one) to do something like this?
