I’m having a rather strange problem with my mask (a mask with a radial fill that alpha’s out to 0 at the edges). It masks a fairly large movieclip (2100px height), called container_mc, that contains my pages.
Within the container_mc, on my ‘about’ page, there are two movieclips with roll over/out functions. Whenever these functions occur, the container_mc mask seemingly shrinks (although the movieclips with the functions don’t get too affected).
When I use a solid fill mask, I don’t get the problem. I think the problem revolves around the fact that the buttons are partially masked (albeit very very slightly). I’m quite stumped as to how to rectify the problem, and I would really like the alpha mask effect to work.
Does anyone know if it is possible to solve this?
