This is mostly a question on if something works, or not.
I’m trying to make a ripple effect mask, I think it would be a flash anyway, that works sort of like the liquify mask in the tutorials, but the base movies would be created dynamically, rather than static.
From what I understand of the Liquify Image Effect, it only works when there’s a static image on the bottom. Does anyone know if this works? If you need a visual example, I’ll try to come up with one.
