Mc to btn hover

Hi, I’m having a lil issue w/ connecting a mc(hover1) to appear and follows the mouse when rolling over a button(btn1). Any suggestions will be appreciated?

I tried the dynamic txt tutorial but I am not sure how to do it with mc’s.
