I have a php contact form on my website which gives me data as shown in the [SIZE=3]attached image[/SIZE] over my email.
Is there anything; may be a php script or a WordPress plugin or anything on the Earth which can create a web page filled up with the same data (as shown in the image) every time a visitor on my site fills and submits the form?
It would be amazing

[]these pages could be searchable with any values/ fields in the form (eg; education, height, preferences etc. )
[*]certain fields could be hidden for anyone else than the admin.

I cannot afford to hire a developer as of now, so would want to do it myself. I have basic knowledge of html. A ready or easy to customize script or something like WordPress plugin will be great for me.
