Hello All!
I am trying to design a menu bar that stays at the bottom of the page even when the user resizes their browser window. More importantly, I don’t want any of the white border from html to show when opened in a browser.

I have been working on this for weeks and can not seem to figure it out. If I select publish options and go no border and then resize the margins in my html for some reason on some screen the title that is in the top left is cut off or shows up in the middle for some weird reason. I set the document settings to h=100% and w=100% as well. I am truly stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
