I just recently downloaded the Cinema 4D demo from Maxon to get a feel for the program. For some reason when I started it up the menus weren’t opening properly. You could click on a menu and it would open but it would flick closed again as soon as you let go, not like a normal click and scroll type deal. I soon found that this was the case with pretty much all the buttons and those didn’t respond at all in any way. I couldn’t even put a square on stage.This is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this in a program it’s very strange, so I was wondering is there something I’m missing here a setting or what? None of my other programs have issues like this and I have no viruses or spyware. I run on windows XP. Any ideas on what might be going on would be greatly appreciated, it’s very confusing and is preventing me from trying the software. I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling a number of times.
