Minimized windows disappear in taskbar

I dont know what could it be, but everytime I minimize a window or a program the minimized window doesnt show up in the taskbar, my taskbar is always empty, I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to see my programs opened…what could it be?? Thanks!
