So I rebooted and all of the sudden my taskbar is gone. I Ctrl+Alt+Delete and end explorer.exe and then new task > run > explorer.exe and it pops up briefly but then disappears. The taskbar isn’t sent on hide.
Any suggestions? Microsoft.com wnats me to reinstall windows but I don’t have the CDs that came with my computer.
