The monitor is a ViewSonic VP201B. I previous had an nVidia 6800, and I had it at 1600 x 1200. I ran Driver Cleaner and wiped the nVidia drivers off, and everything seems to be fine, but…
When I change the settings so that my desktop resolution goes from 1280 x 1024 to 1600 x 1200, I get a black screen, and then it reverts to 1280 x 1024 when the timer finishes. I can’t for the life of me get it to swap to the correct resolution.
I’m downloading Omega drivers to give those a shot, but have any of you experienced or heard of this?
