I don’t want the same old ones that you can find by typing “flash templates” in google with a million categories… ie…“banking”, etc… with all the bars and cheesy headers. No more robots or monitors that jump around. just nice clean modern white space and color

Y not make ur own? The reason you can’t find ones like that are because they are all custom made. Cookie-cutter templates are crap, they all look the same.
yea, i do create a lot of sites, but i was hoping to find some reasonably priced designs to use for some of my clients that can’t afford custom designs. i use stock photography and i liken it to that.
too bad there’s not good stuff out there for templates.
If there is a template like that ^^ I don’t think the price will be cheap. Most of the site that you mention are custom design site and it’s pretty hard to make a template for it. Might as well custom design it instead of using template.
