I recently got After Effects 6.0 Standard at a huge discount and was thinking about learning motion graphics. Playing with the AE demo for about 2 weeks and I find motion graphics to be the hardest to get grips with and actually create great projects with. I know a bit of 3d and i do web design. I still have some time left with the demo and haven’t opened after effects box yet… now i’m thinking i should sell AE since i don’t really have time to learn everything since i’m also learning 3d modeling… it’s just overwhelming. Anybody here an expert in AE that can chime in on how they picked it up ?
