I need some assitance with use of mouse over control on pictures to create text discription of pictures. Basically what I am trying to accomplish is from my picture section have a titile below each picture and then when you mouse over any picture you get more detailed information about that picture, one to two paragraphs each, maybe like a text box or balloon with text. I am using MS publisher to create my web page and have limited knowledge of html. I was able partially create what I was trying to do with a title tag however it times out before most of the text can be read. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
