Movie in my window mx 2004

Good day flash peoples i have done a small flash project using flash mx 2004 and all i would like to know is how can i publish the flash movie so that when opened it runs in its own window and also how can i disable the window resizer so that users/visitors can not resize the window as they wont see what they need to see

please i still got things to learn in flash and so any help will be great thanks my peoples

file - publish settings - modify the settings you want
then file - publish:)

then add this to the main timeline to disable scaling
fscommand(“allowscale”, “false”);
